we have a new bear rug.are my children and pets safe to lay/play on it? Would it harm them to lick the fur?

The bear was shot last year and sent to a taxidermy service to make in to a rug

    well it wont hurt them but make sure that they dont lick the bear rug. it is safe to lay or play on it as ling as the childreen dont lick the carpet.

    Taxidermist use several different chemicals to preserve a rug and usually let them dry in the fur and brush them out after a certian time. Probably not safe. Gotta love them kids.
