I was about to go to sleep until I read this. Now I’m not sure I’ll be able to. If you are really set on doing this, I guess they could for some amount of money. Maybe $500 or so, I don’t really have any experience with that.

You can probably find someone who will do that; Roy Rogers had his horse, Trigger, mounted. Ask around your area for a good taxidermist and call them. Only they can tell you how expensive it will be to mount your cat when the time comes, but checking now will at least let you know who to call later.
As an alternative, you could learn taxidermy yourself and mount your own animals. It isn’t difficult to learn and there are many books on the subject. There are also some excellent websites that can teach you the basics and even some of the advanced techniques. You have to provide your own dead animals and fish, though.
